Low Carb Food Diet

Our country is drowning in medical bills and a large fraction of the cost of those medical procedures is because of our epidemics of obesity and diabetes. Both of these can be traced to a diet high in simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates come from things like processed white bread, processed sugar, and high fructose corn syrup. All of these are endemic to our diets now a days. Low carb meals can help you to control both of these problems.

The best no carb or low carb food is meat. A long with meat is eggs and anything else that has a lot of protein. The protein works to keep your appetite down and you fill in with vegetable ruffage. You can eat all the green vegetables you want when you are on a no carb foods diet. The things you neet to stay from are white wheat, white rice, potatoes, and white sugar. All of these contain empty calories any way so if you want to lose weight then limiting them will help with that also.

You can usually eat all the meat you want when you are on a low carb diet. The thing is people usually get tired of the protein when they are on this type of diet. The hardest part is sticking with the ban on high carb foods
